FORMAL EVIDENCE SESSIONS
Key stakeholders will be invited to formal evidence gathering sessions that will be conducted in the form of a standing committee.
Stakeholders will be invited to make a preliminary statement to reinforce points made in their evidence submissions. The Inquiry will then ask stakeholders questions in order to expand on their answers. Formal evidence sessions will be attended by the Chairman, the Secretariat and, where possible, at least two members of the Panel of Advisers.
